Thank you for joining the session kindly organised by Gareth and his colleagues. There were some great questions and I hope you found the hour helpful and interesting. It's a complex topic to cover in a short time so please don't hesitate to ask for any further clarity.
During any time of uncertainty it can be instinctive for us to seek to take more control of our lives, relationships, career and health. Sometimes this may be possible and other times less so. it can create significant stress simply trying to control what is uncontrollable.
With respect to the present circumstances we can take more control over the structure of our day/week and here are some simple ideas to avoid Zoom/Teams fatigue:
We can also take more control over our health...we have created a lot of support in this area and take pride in the credibility of our research. We draw from the world of elite professional sport where there is no hiding place from high performance but also a recognition that health basics are critical to get right in order to make that performance sustainable. Here is an example of what supplements may be beneficial to boost immune system health in the face of any virus. This particular infographic was produced by the nutritionist for the GB Swimming Team and supervised by former Head of Science & Medicine for GB Cycling Rio Olympics) and current High Performance Adviser to World Rugby.

The creation of a sense of internal safety using grounding/nervous system regulation techniques is particularly helpful during uncertain times.
