WARM UP (PRE-WORKOUT)

A warm up will:

  • prepare your joints and muscles for a workout

  • lower your chance of injury

COOL DOWN (POST-WORKOUT)

A cool down will help to:

  • flush toxins out of the body that are created after working out

  • relax your muscles

  • reduce muscle pain post-workout

  • reduce the chance of injury
