We hope you found this event of value, where we provided a combination of services including fatigue and mobility presentations. As you will have learnt on the day, our health and wellbeing is multifactorial and these factors interlink. Meaning different aspects of our wellbeing can have a positive or negative affect on other aspects too, dependent on our lifestyle and behaviours.

If you would like signposting to more in-depth reading on any aspect of what you may have discussed, please don't hesitate to ask. There isn't one book which pulls all our content together but there are great specialists out there on parts of it. We have compiled our own resources to try and help and these are explained further below together with links you can use to access them.

Please contact jo@7futures.com if you have any general enquiries.
