Helpful advice from 7Futures’ nutritionist - Tiffany Afflick:

Make your routine: Try and create a routine for yourself, focused around work (if you're working from home), a new project, meals/snack times, and family commitments.

Your work environment (office or working from home): Ensure you focus on your tasks, if snacks tempt you away from your desks keep some close by.

Schedule your breaks: If you are in the office or at home, ensure you take regular breaks to maintain focus and enjoyment.

Snack smart: Prioritise high-protein snacks such as Greek yoghurt or veggie protein mixes, or high-fibre options such as fresh fruit to keep you full.

Stay hydrated: We can often mistake thirst for hunger, and now that the days are getting warmer, staying hydrated is essential.

Make the most of meals: Take the time to cook from scratch and enjoy meals in a relaxed environment and enjoy!
