Exeter - Thursday 1st February 2024

We hope you found the event enjoyable, practical and of benefit. Our health and wellbeing is multifactorial and it's not easy to get them all right all of the time. We all have different pressures which can cause us to compromise on our own wellbeing. Try to make a few small changes: maybe those which appealed to you when listening to our presentations. Start with small easy changes to create new and beneficial habits. Don't think about stopping habits...think about creating new ones: it's a much more positive mindset. Regular progress is better than no progress.

We have created some quick and easy references to help remind you of key learnings from today. Please see them below under 'Resources’. If you would like signposting to more in-depth reading on any aspect of what you may have discussed, please email jo@7futures.com

WORKOUT VIDEOS

If you would like to put into practise the techniques demonstrated by Henry please find below two video guides: a warm up and a beginner workout. Please always remember to warm up (using the video below) and ease your way into any new form of exercise. This will help prevent any minor injuries and it will also feel an easier way to create a new and very beneficial habit. For anyone who is already an advanced exerciser and would like guidance on a more advanced workout, please email ben@7futures.com.

If you have any queries about the content or wish for any further information on anything that seems particularly relevant to you or your family please do not hesitate to email me nathan@7futures.com or jo@7futures.com

many thanks
