Choose your level…
This guide has been produced by our exceptional team of sports scientists from the world-leading Loughborough University, physiotherapists and athletes from Team GB. Scroll down to view our team.
We have broken our exercise video library down into 3 levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced. These options will provide you with appropriate exercise sessions for your fitness requirements. Unsure on what level you might currently be at? Take a look under each level for a brief description of each. You will find video routines of different lengths...so scroll through to find what suits you and if you have more time you can repeat the routines or choose from the remaining selections.
For anyone who has limited space or time in which to train at home you may find the full body workouts with Ben in the beginner or intermediate section really helpful and, if you are an experienced trainer, the full body workouts with Aidan in the advanced section are short and sharp. If you are an experienced trainer and want some challenging workouts go straight to the advanced section for either:
full body workouts with Ant & Nat (for a great motivational workout), Aidan (our GB sprinter) and Henry (our UK Thai Boxing Champion);
or a series of HIIT sessions with Nathan (our double Olympian triple jumper).
If you like someone to motivate you as you train you'll find Ant and Nat's style really helpful in each section...decide if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainer and then scroll through the various sections until you find Ant and Nat's videos.
