Thank you for joining the Teams wellbeing session yesterday and we hope you found it helpful and enjoyable.

If anyone wishes to request more personalised support please don't hesitate to send an email to Jo@7futures.com and she will ensure Nathan, Sarah or myself respond. It does not necessarily have to be directly related to the content we discussed yesterday and we have a great team with a very wide and deep experience of many aspects of wellbeing. Our current panel includes for example, former Head of Science & Medicine for the GB Cycling team, former Head of Performance for the British Lions, nutritionists working with Warwickshire Cricket, GB Swimming and several premiership Football Clubs...and others. We have been working with some of your colleagues on issues such as sleep quality, stress related digestive problems and how to exercise effectively in 5 minute periods - for those with children keeping them busy!

To help supplement the information we explored yesterday we have created some additional information which you may find helpful in the current circumstances. In particular, the resources on how to strengthen and keep your immune system healthy is very relevant. We have also created some simple, short and, hopefully, aspirational walking videos. Sometimes we can over complicate wellbeing and walking in nature is a very underrated way to keep mobile, improve mental and physical wellbeing and support the immune system. There will be a release of short exercise videos in the next week or so too...you can work out, at your own level, with Olympians, GB sprinters, ski instructors...all offering their own suggestions on short effective ways to move and stay well.
