25 MINUTE BEGINNER

A 25 minute workout which uses single station exercises each performed for 2 sets of 8 repetitions, with a rest period up to 60 seconds between exercises.

This workout will be a progression from the 15 minute workout allowing you the opportunity to work a little harder for longer. 

25 MINUTE INTERMEDIATE

A progression from the 15 minute workout, which uses supersets as the structure. Each exercise is performed for either 12 repetitions or a period of 30 seconds followed by a 45 seconds rest for 2 sets.

This workout combines strength exercises using your body weight, involves the lower body, upper body and core along with cardiovascular exercises to increase fitness.

25 MINUTE ADVANCED

A high intensity 25 minute workout which uses giant sets combining complex strengthening exercises and dynamic explosive exercises to provide a full body workout.

The workout involves two giant sets followed by a TABATA style finisher to push the body harder than in previous workouts.
