15 MINUTE BEGINNER
A 15 minute low intensity workout, using single exercises performed for a specific number of repetitions with up to a 60 second rest in between.
This workout has a strong emphasis on working the whole body, including core and cardio.
15 MINUTE INTERMEDIATE
A workout introducing a training principle called ‘super sets’ - two exercises performed back to back before resting.
This workout focuses on building muscular endurance whilst putting the cardiovascular system to the test. Combines compound exercises that target multiple muscle groups at once as well as strengthening important postural muscles such as the glutes and core.
15 MINUTE ADVANCED
A 15 minute workout involving 10 minutes of supersets finishing with a 5 minute circuit using the framework ‘every minute on the minute’ [EMOM]. Supersets include strengthening exercises for the shoulders, triceps and lower body muscles. There are two supersets each performed for 3 sets of 12 repetitions.
This workout is a high intensity workout designed to test strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
