5 MINUTE BEGINNER

Quick and effective workout which incorporates 5 different exercises each performed for 20 seconds followed by a 40 second rest period. This workout is aimed at those who haven’t exercised before or rarely participate in any form of exercise. 

5 MINUTE INTERMEDIATE

Quick and fast paced workout which incorporates 5 exercises each performed for 30 seconds followed by a 30 second rest. Even though the workout is only 5 minutes long, this can be increased for a longer duration by simply repeating the workout twice or even three times over. 

This workout is aimed at people who have exercised in the past or those who tend to exercise 1-2 times weekly at a steady pace.

5 MINUTE ADVANCED

High intensity workout based upon 5 exercises each performed for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest. This workout is aimed at those who exercise 3-5 times weekly at a high level. The workout incorporates both cardio and strength exercises to elevate the heart rate with minimal rest period in between.
